For mechanical CE, the standards used are usually EN 60204-1 and EN 12100. Related to laser type machinery, also EN 60825. The following is a description of each standard:
EN 60204-1: Specification for safety standards for electrical and mechanical types. The corresponding Chinese standard is GB/T 5226.1. The standards applicable to mechanical products are generally divided into the following categories:
Class A standards (Basic safety standards)

Class B standards (safety standards)

Class C standard has the highest authority among these three standards, that is, if the same machine adopts class A, B and C standards at the same time, the requirements of class C standard have the highest priority. Class C standards are usually also called product standards.
